The key to this decadent weeknight pasta, which traces its roots to the central Italian town of Norcia famous for its sausage makers, is a quick fresh sausage seasoned with garlic, nutmeg, and rosemary, which gets quickly seared off with earthy oyster mushrooms, then tossed with artisan fresh rigatoni pasta in a rich sauce of cream, white wine, and pecorino romano cheese.

We had been thinking about trying a meal delivery service for a while but never committed. When we heard about Spade & Spoon we decided to try it because it's local! Love the menu variety and the food is amazing. I'm eating a spinach & feta hand pie right now lol. We've ordered a few times and I would recommend it to anyone, especially if you like to cook a bit but don't love grocery shopping. (There are also usually some completely pre-made options that you just bake/heat up if you don't want to cook at all - this divine hand pie is one of them.) Delivery has been seamless too.
