The nutty and sweet flavor of marsala, a fortified wine originating on the island of Sicily, is the perfect companion for earthy mixed mushrooms. In this Italian restaurant favorite, lightly sautéed chicken breast cutlets are gently simmered in a sauce of marsala, mushrooms, and a touch of cream, served over fresh fusilli pasta.

Under no circumstances should you purchase anything labeled "cooking wine" as it is of very low quality and is spiked with a ton of salt to make it undrinkable. You deserve better!
