No crustaceans are needed for these tender and savory plant-based cakes. Artichokes stand-in for the traditional seafood, and are mixed with scallions, diced bell pepper and celery, and a classic Old Bay-influenced spice blend. They make for a great light dinner or lunch, pan-fried and served over tender salad greens.

Oh my gosh!  I’ve been ordering since early December and I’m hooked!  Delicious food, minimal packaging and everything is so fresh!  I’ve used a variety of meal delivery services for about four years and I’ll never go back to the others.  I don’t feel bad now about packaging because there is so little of it and the food is in excellent shape when delivered.  Great food, Creative cuisine.
