This light, warming, and quick Japanese-inspired soup combines nutty buckwheat soba noodles, seared wild Pacific salmon filets, and charred wedges of green cabbage along with shiitake mushrooms and slices of tender sweet potato, all simmered in a sweet + savory, gingery, miso-enriched broth.

Oh my gosh!  I’ve been ordering since early December and I’m hooked!  Delicious food, minimal packaging and everything is so fresh!  I’ve used a variety of meal delivery services for about four years and I’ll never go back to the others.  I don’t feel bad now about packaging because there is so little of it and the food is in excellent shape when delivered.  Great food, Creative cuisine.
