These "golden tacos" are what store-bought hard shell tacos dream of being - they start with richly spiced ground beef and farmstead cheddar cheese folded into fresh corn tortillas, then are fried crisp and served with shredded lettuce and cilantro crema.

I AM OBSESSED. My main complaint about other meal kit services is the low quality of ingredients and the extreme amount of packaging involved (so much waste!) Spade and spoon sends 3 delicious meals with high quality ingredients in minimal packaging (almost everything is either recyclable or compostable), and we even get to send the box and ice packs back with our next order. The recipes are delicious and easy to follow. I love it!!
