Esquites takes all of the smoky, spicy, sweet, creamy, and tangy flavors of the Mexican street food favorite elotes off of the cob, with grilled kernels of corn tossed with a salty cotija cheese, scallions, jalapeno, cilantro, and a creamy lime + ancho chile infused sauce. We top our esquites with our Pollo Asado, pasture- raised chicken breast marinated in lime, garlic, and fragrant Mexican spices.
