This pillowy, cheesy, amazing pizza might just be unlike any pie you’ve ever tried - it’s kind of Sicilian and a little bit Detroit, with a delicate focaccia-like crust, simply topped with cheese and sauce and baked directly in a cast iron pan. The crust takes a while, but it’s mostly hands off, and, served with a basil-spiked green salad tossed with our Savory Herb Vinaigrette, makes for one of the greatest pizza experiences we’ve ever had!
