In this Southwest take on classic chicken + dumplings, rich tomato-based chili is gently seasoned with chipotle peppers and warm spices and packed with tender mixed beans, and bell peppers, topped with sweet and light cornmeal dumplings then baked to a golden brown.

Other meal kits cannot even begin to compare to how amazing Spade & Spoon is. The quality of ingredients is next level and it is apparent how much thought goes into each recipe. They also do a great job minimizing packaging and using recyclable products when packaging is necessary. The cooking is easy enough for a beginner, but gives room for creativity and elevating your meals. We get the meal kits for 4 even though there are two of us, because the leftovers are so great for lunch/dinner the next day.
