Light, bright, and refreshing, these healthy burgers are made with wild Pacific salmon, capers, and lots of lemon and herbs, served on artisan buns with a tangy, garlicky lemon dijon aioli and lightly-dressed, peppery arugula.

Light but still hearty, this soup marries French green lentils with leeks, carrots, chard, and a hint of piny rosemary served with crusty artisan bread.

This deeply satisfying North Indian legume dish, a staple at restaurants and celebrations, coaxes deep flavors out of a handful of simple ingredients - urad dal (Indian black lentils) and kidney beans are slowly simmered to melting tenderness, fragrant with warm garam masala and with a savory depth from tomato and luxuriousness from the addition of cream and butter, served over cumin-spiked jeera rice.

Finally. A local focused meal kit company gets it right! Reduced packaging, no more plastic wrapped one stalk of cilantro! I love that they reuse their boxes or bags each week. No commitment or minimum meals requirements! I don’t have to worry about forgetting to skip and having meals delivered I don’t want. And the quality—is so great. A whole half salmon (wild caught)? Amazing! Locally made breads, pasture raised eggs, fresh out of the garden produce! I love Spade and Spoon and am so happy with their meal offerings.
