While we might have shamelessly lifted the idea for these unbelievably delicious treats straight from the pastry case of a certain rather famous coffee shop, they are so good that they deserve to be improved and made at home! In these sweet wedges, a rich vanilla blondie base is studded with white chocolate chips and dried cranberries and scented with orange zest and fresh ginger, then topped with whipped cream cheese frosting and more dried cranberries.
