What To Expect As We Grow

While we are so excited to serve the Front Range with our innovative meal kit, we know the true heroes in the local food movement are the individuals that choose to buy local and the incredible farmers, ranchers, bakers and makers that feed us well.

We wanted to let you know what to expect over the next few months as we get more established and grow our offerings.
Phase 1: Soft Launch on Shop Small Saturday, November 26
As we start out (despite all our efforts, prayers, and dreams) we know our weekly orders will likely be small. This is why you will only see a handful of new meal kits offered each week for our first month.
If we launched with our full offerings, we might only need 2 items from each local producer, and that is not sustainable or fun for anyone. As we gain traction and new customers find us (this is where you can really help us spread the word!) you'll see us grow to over 20 new local meal kits each week and over 9 curated meal boxes to select from!

Phase 2: More Kits, Marketplace, and a Few Curated Boxes
The first thing you'll see as we grow is that every week we will have a new and larger selection of local meal kits for you to choose from, we'll start building out our Marketplace section with local groceries, pantry staples, and other local treats to add to your box, and we'll introduce you to our weekly Family Classics, Vegetarian, and Gluten + Dairy Free curated meal boxes.
Phase 3: Moving Lots of Local Food at Scale
Once we have enough weekly customers, we will offer our full selection of 12 Curated Boxes including our Kids, Mediterranean, and Surf + Turf boxes. You'll be able to select from over 800 locally sourced meal kits over the full year, and we will make supporting local fun and delicious with specials like our Valentines Day Date Night In, New Years Reset, Seasonal Baking Boxes, and more!
