"We’re a traditional millhouse and that means our locally-sourced grains are stone ground onsite to create the freshest breads and pastries.
We mill our whole wheat flours, used in both bread and pastry. We use contract grown grains grown primarily with farm partners in Boulder County, the San Luis Valley, and the Western Slope. Our bread is baked fresh daily.
